It’s a snow day here in the northeast!  The perfect day to create healthy pizzas with your little ones!  Kids love creating personal pizzas for dinner.  Nothing makes me happier than to see my girls adding peppers, broccoli and mushrooms to their healthy pizzas.  Try making these today

Overnight Oatmeal jars

1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup milk (soy,almond or regular low-fat milk) 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon honey, agave or maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Mason jars (1/2 pint) Fill small mason jars with all ingredients.  Stir, cover & refrigerate overnight.  In the morning, top with sliced berri
